Important Update: Patient Library Services Temporarily Relocated

Dear Veterans,

The VA Caribbean Healthcare System wants to let you know that we have temporarily closed the Patient Education Resource Center (PERC), also known as the Patient Library, at the San Juan VA Medical Center (VAMC) while we complete an internal transition.

During this time, we remain committed to supporting you. If you need help with Login.gov, ID.me, or My HealtheVet, please visit the Whole Health Personal Development Room in the Outpatient Area (OPA), 2nd Floor, Room 2G400F, directly in front of the Audiology counter at the San Juan VAMC. Our staff are ready to assist you.

We know how important these resources are to you. We are working quickly to find a new space for the Patient Library and will share updates as soon as we have them.

Thank you for your patience and continued trust as we work to improve services for our Veterans.
