Dear Veteran and family members,
In honor of Memorial Day, the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO) is partnering with Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art to invite you and your family to participate in our “Paint a Poppy” event. The Red Poppy is a symbol of both remembrance and hope for a peaceful future. It is a sign of remembrance for the soldiers who have given their lives for their country, and it honors their dedication and sacrifice.

Where: All Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) lobbies and VA Medical Center, Building 21
This creative and meaningful activity is an opportunity to reflect on the history and meaning of Memorial Day. You may choose to keep your artwork or contribute it for display within VHSO facilities, helping us collectively honor and remember our nation’s heroes.
