Voluntary data submission for AHRQ’s Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) Health Plan Survey Database will be open June 1-26 to all CAHPS 5.1/5.1H Health Plan Survey users who administered the survey June 28, 2025-June 26, 2026.
The CAHPS Health Plan Survey Database will accept the following survey versions:
- Adult Medicaid
- Child Medicaid or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) without the Children With Chronic Conditions Item Set
- Child Medicaid or CHIP with the Children With Chronic Conditions Item Set
Participating organizations will receive a private feedback report comparing their results to overall findings aggregated across all database participants and access to database products for quality improvement and research.
