The pedestrian fatally struck by a Frontier Airlines plane at Denver International Airport on Friday died by suicide, according to the medical examiner.

The officers had mixed up the people’s car with that of a suspect’s, which was a similar color.

Mandatory evacuations have been ordered for a 10- to 15-acre wildfire reported near Carter Lake just before 3 p.m. Monday, according to officials.

“We know there are questions to be answered still,” DIA CEO Phil Washington said in a statement Sunday about the fatal Frontier Airlines crash.

One man is dead and another is under investigation for murder after an early Sunday morning shooting in south Thornton, according to the police department.
