Fitness content is the reason you're stuck in the 'skinny fat'
zone.
You've watched every Renaissance Periodization video on YouTube. You've got a Jeff Nippard program you bought and maybe finished once. MacroFactor on your phone. Maybe the Jeremy Ethier, or Hevy app.
You've got a David Goggins audiobook saved somewhere too.
You're collecting all the information but wondering why your body looks the same.
That was me for years. Every video, every program - I'd learn something.
Hypertrophy rep ranges. Calorie cycling. RIR training. Protein targets.
I'd understand it. Nod along. Add it to the collection.
Then I actually try to do something with it. But nothing works for long.
But here's what I was flubbing.
I wasn't failing because I didn't know enough. I knew too much and kept changing my mind.
Bulk for a month. Gain a little weight, get nervous, switch to a cut. Lose a bit, feel flat, go back to bulking.
Two months later you're in the exact same place you started, just more confused.
Your fitness content library isn't the solution to your problem. It IS your problem.
Meanwhile, the people who are actually making progress are not watching videos.
They're not downloading a new app every couple months.
They picked one thing.
They stayed with it long enough to actually know if it was working. They didn't adjust when they got bored or anxious.
That's not because they know more than you.
They definitely don't.
It's because they stopped consuming and started doing.
You don't need another program.
You need to stop switching and actually run one.
