Migraine Again

Chronic migraine is so tough to live with that I will try nearly anything if there’s a chance it will bring relief. I have tried dozens — maybe even hundreds — of treatments and strategies to get my attacks under control. Some of them helped and became a part of the toolkit I use every day. Others? Not so much.
