Hi Henryk,
There is a quiet teaching happening all around you.
Most people walk past it every day.
The sun rises.
The trees stand.
The wind moves.
The ocean breathes in waves.
The seasons change.
Nothing announces itself.
Nothing tries to convince you of its wisdom.
Yet nature is always teaching.
And one of its deepest teachings is this:
Nothing in nature leaves itself...
It's a deep teaching.
Think of it this way Henryk,
A tree does not look at the river and wish it could flow.
The river does not look at the mountain and wish it could stand still.
The flower does not force itself open before its time.
The moon does not rush to become full.
Everything moves according to its own nature.
Everything returns to its own rhythm.
Everything knows how to be what it is.
But human beings often forget this...
We are the ones who leave ourselves.
We leave ourselves in thought.
We leave ourselves in worry.
We leave ourselves in conversations that already ended.
We leave ourselves in moments that have not yet arrived.
We carry yesterday into today.
We pull tomorrow into this moment.
We sit in one place,
while the mind travels in many directions.
And because of this…
life begins to feel heavier than it truly is.
Not always because more is happening.
But because we are no longer fully here to meet what is happening.
Can you see yourself in this?
Look at the ocean.
On the surface, the waves are always moving.
A rhythmic motion.
But beneath the surface…
there is depth.
There is stillness.
There is something untouched by the movement above.
This is the same within you.
There are thoughts moving on the surface.
Responsibilities.
Emotions.
Questions.
Pressure.
Decisions.
But beneath all of that…
there is a deeper place within you.
A place that does not need to chase every thought.
A place that does not need to react to every feeling.
A place that does not need to be shaken by everything happening outside of you.
Meditation is the way back to that place.
Because the mind, when left scattered, becomes like muddy water.
The more it is stirred,
the harder it is to see clearly.
But when the water is allowed to settle…
clarity returns on its own.
Nothing needs to be forced.
Nothing needs to be added.
The water simply returns to its natural state.
This is what meditation is for.
It gives the mind space to settle.
It gives the body permission to soften.
It gives the breath room to return.
It gives you a way to come back to yourself.
And this is why meditation, in its purest form, is so important.
It is not about becoming calm for a moment.
It is about remembering the part of you that is beneath the noise.
It is about learning how to meet the world without losing yourself inside it.
Because nature does not fight to be present.
It simply is.
The tree is fully a tree.
The river is fully a river.
The mountain is fully a mountain.
The breath is fully a breath.
And through meditation...
you begin to return to the same truth.
You stop reaching so far outside of yourself.
You stop carrying what is not here.
You stop allowing every thought to pull you away from your own center.
And slowly…
you begin to feel what nature has been showing you all along.
Peace is not something far away.
Clarity is not something outside of you.
Stillness is not empty.
It is alive.
It is where you begin to hear yourself again.
It is where the body settles.
It is where the mind softens.
It is where what has been heavy begins to loosen.
It is where you remember…
you were never meant to live so far away from yourself.
This is why I invite you to join me for the Superhuman Code Meditation.
Not just to close your eyes.
Not just to sit for an hour.
But to return.
Return to you true essence...
To breathe.
To let the inner waters settle.
To come back to the deeper place within you that life, pressure, and noise have not been able to touch.
Nature is always returning to itself.
And through meditation…
so can you.
