CBP’s Office of Trade is continuing to collect responses for its CSMS User Satisfaction Survey.
As a CSMS user, your response to the CSMS User Satisfaction Survey will provide CBP with useful information about your experience engaging with CSMS messages. CBP will use the data collected from the survey to determine potential improvements to trade communications.
CBP launched the CSMS User Satisfaction Survey on February 9, 2026, and announced the launch with CSMS # 67698864. If you have already responded to the CSMS User Satisfaction Survey, please do not respond a second time.
CBP has extended the survey to remain open until May 22, 2026. The survey is expected to take less than 10 minutes to complete.
