A Montreal arbitrator tasked with resolving a dispute between a health authority and medical clinic cited non-existent court decisions “hallucinated” by artificial intelligence, a Quebec judge has found.
As The Gazette's Jack Wilson reports, the arbitrator's August 2025 decision was struck down on the grounds that it "relies on non-existent doctrines and jurisprudence."
