I've
probably had a little too much negative talk lately.
With a
big, beautiful circle of girlfriends, I've been sharing my breakup
story… a lot. And while it's been incredibly supportive, I caught
myself sitting in the story instead of moving forward.
So this
weekend, I made a decision.
To shift. To get clear on what I
actually do want. What I want in my life. What I want in a relationship
(not that I'm rushing into one anytime soon). How I want to serve. And
honestly, how much fun I want to have. Because here's what I know to be true…
Before I design the vision, I need to be in the right energy to receive
it.
For me, that looks like gratitude walks, Epsom salt baths,
meditation, and music that lifts me up and brings me back to life.
And from that place, I sit down and allow myself to dream. Big. Bold.
Unfiltered.
Now, I'll be honest, the relationship piece can
still trigger me.
I can fall into that pattern of being the
“strong, successful woman” who either attracts men intimidated
by her or finds herself shrinking to feel more “acceptable.”
And if I'm really honest, there's a part of me that has believed I
might have to choose between love and success.
But that's not
the truth. It's just a story. And it's one that so many women are
quietly carrying.
In fact, challenges like this are part of a
much bigger pattern I see all the time… especially in women who are
driven, capable, and ready for more.
If you're a coach or feel
called to help women navigate these deeper patterns, I highly recommend a
guide from my friend Dr. Claire Zammit.
She
breaks down the 12 core problems women will invest in solving, and once you
understand these, everything shifts.
Your impact deepens.
Your work becomes more meaningful. And yes… your income
expands too.

notifications, and feeling restless without even realizing it. And here's
the thing, starting your day with social media doesn't just make you

Use this week's affirmation
during your “state-setting” rituals, on your walks, in the
bath, or while listening to music that lifts you.
"I am
worthy of a life where love, success, joy, and ease all coexist."
This affirmation that really anchors into your story, shifting out
of the past, reclaiming your power, and aligning with love and success. The
goal isn't perfection. It's gently guiding yourself back into alignment
again and again until this becomes your new normal.
