Like these pretzel shortbread bars with a chewy, salted caramel layer.
Last week we had some friends visit.
They made a joke about how I wouldn't be allowed to have any of them, since they know I'm on day 27/70 in my weight loss push.
But I did have some. Enjoyed it thoroughly.
Then we all had pizza out of my brand new pizza oven (highly recommend).
And I still lost almost 2 pounds last week.
Because as long as my calories and protein are in the right spot, I'll lose fat.
Knowing that means I can be flexible. Enjoy fun foods. Stick with it longer.
The process feels easier.
I go further.
