The “invisibility” pattern no one talks about…

Dear Iza,

I've been feeling back in my skin again.

You know how, in relationships, whether romantic, friendships, or even work, we can subtly start to change who we are to fit the dynamic?

Sometimes those shifts are small. Sometimes they're even positive.
But sometimes… they come at the expense of who we really are.

We hold back our opinions because we don't want to rock the boat.
We stay quiet even when we have something valuable to say.

I can see now that this has been a pattern of mine.

And how I want to show up in the world.
