(how to know for sure)

I burn over 3000 calories per day.

It's awesome because I get to eat lots of fun food without gaining weight.

But recently I've noticed a problem...

People join my coaching program and tell me they burn 1500 calories per day.

So they think they need to eat 1200 to lose weight.

If you're 100 pounds, okay

Everyone else - no you don't

You're just eating more calories than you think, A.

A 250 pound person who's DECENTLY active is not burning less than 3300 calories.

The easiest way to know for sure:

1 - multiply your bodyweight (in pounds) by 15

2 - eat that many calories every day for 2 weeks

3 - make sure you don't miss any snacks, drinks, or oils in your food log

4 - use a food scale to be sure your portion sizes are actually what you track

At the end of 2 weeks, you'll see a weight trend start to happen:

If you're a somewhat active person - your bodyweight will begin to move downward

If you're mostly a desk jockey - your bodyweight will just stay stable

If you're a sloth - you will being to gain weight

When you understand this, weight loss becomes easier.

You can lose weight without starving yourself.

Maintaining your weight is a breeze.

Stop underestimating.

I guarantee you don't burn fewer calories than Jaye (my fiancé) who is 120 pounds.

P.S. If you want to drop your body fat percentage, and build your metabolism into a calorie burning machine... let's get you lifting + eating the right way.
