Darren Bailey wins rematch bid against JB Pritzker in Illinois governor race

Downstate farmer Darren Bailey, the unsuccessful Republican 2022 nominee against Gov. JB Pritzker, defeated three primary rivals Tuesday night to win his bid for a Nov. 3 rematch opposing the two-term Democratic chief executive, according to the Associated Press.
