I had my reservations about the Nodpod Weighted sleep mask when I first tried it because it's loose at the ends (which means that if you don't sleep on your back at all moments of the night, the mask will slip off). But I do love the way it feels. Most weighted sleep masks are compressive or tight around the head, but this one gives you that secure, comfortable pressure without making my eyeballs feel suffocated.

So yes, I genuinely use this when I "rest my eyes." During power naps or unwinding after work, I sit on my couch and place this thing over my eyes. It relaxes me almost instantly. It's so soft and blacks out all external light without leaving an imprint on the sides of my face.
