Measure Type Correction for Quality ID 511 Percentage of Prevalent Patients Waitlisted (PPPW) and Percentage of Prevalent Patients Waitlisted in Active Status (aPPPW)
Measure Type Correction for Quality ID 511: Percentage of Prevalent Patients Waitlisted (PPPW) and Percentage of Prevalent Patients Waitlisted in Active Status (aPPPW)
Quality ID 511 is a new measure that was added to the MIPS quality measure inventory in the 2025 performance period. It’s a process measure that doesn’t meet high priority measure criteria.
This measure was incorrectly identified as a high priority measure for the 2025 performance period on the QPP website (benchmark file, explore measures, and explore MVPs). We updated the QPP website on January 29, 2026, to remove the high priority classification.
This measure doesn’t meet the high priority measure criteria and doesn’t satisfy the traditional MIPS or MVP requirement to report at least one outcome or high priority measure for the quality performance category.
Please make sure you submit an outcome or high priority measure to meet 2025 and 2026 quality reporting requirements, whether reporting traditional MIPS or the Optimal Care for Kidney Health MVP.
