Anyone who’s used Google’s AdX ad exchange or Google Ad Manager (GAM) to sell open-web display advertising space may be affected by a class action lawsuit. The lawsuit concerns whether Google violated federal antitrust laws and overcharged for use of its AdX ad exchange platform. Google denies these allegations and any wrongdoing.
