Hello!
How are you? I hope the daylight saving time
change didn't cause any confusion. As you
might know, the day's puzzle is always
published 00:00 NY time, which means that when
NY turn their clocks forward to begin the
daylight saving time, the puzzle will come out
one hour earlier than usual for those who
didn't yet turn their clocks. Not all
countries do it on the same day (if at
all)!
Something that made my head spin was realizing
that the Southern half of the globe goes the
other way. For example Australia is ending
daylight saving time Apr 5th, not beginning it,
so they turn they clock backwards! This results
in an unfortunate total of 2 hours shift in the
puzzle schedule. I'm sorry for any
inconvenience this is causing! I might one day
change the publishing time to be based on your
location, but I do like it how everyone in the
world is doing the same puzzle at the same
time.
Just thought I'd share this, as I found it
fascinating!
Besides researching time, I've been
working on further improvements for the home page. A nice thing coming very soon is having a
list of your purchased puzzle packs and their
stats listed there. This has been requested
several times, and it's now basically done,
but I still want to test it a bit more.
There's also been some work done on the
editor. It's still not publicly available,
but thanks for early testers, I've fixed
some critical issues and it's starting to
look pretty solid! Here's a Reddit thread

percentiles, % of perfect solves and % of solves
without hints. Looks like a pretty solid week!
Sunday was a bit easier this time. Maybe the
super hard Friday and Saturday prepared you for
it, or maybe I decided to give you some
slack...? In any case, the percentage of
completions with no hints keeps astonishing me.
Even on the hardest days, less than 50% use a
single hint! Well done!
