I am Mr. Zungal, Chief Budget Supervision Officer and Senior Economic
Strategist at the Office of Budget and Planning (OBP), International
Monetary Fund (IMF). However, I am contacting you not in my official
capacity, but as an individual as you will understand from the details
below. In 2020, a surplus of approved but unexpended funds remained
within various IMF administrative and capital budgets under my office’s
oversight. Due to global financial restrictions brought on by the
COVID-19 pandemic, these funds were carefully set aside “kept apart” in
a secure bank vault.

To ensure these funds are not lost or frozen indefinitely, I am seeking
a trusted private partner to receive and manage them under a Private
Investment Contract (PIC) with you as the lead manager. Alternatively,
if you prefer not to manage the investment, we may agree to a 50/50
split, allowing each of us to claim our share directly.

additional information or clarification. Due to the sensitivity of my
position, I ask for your strict confidentiality this matter must remain
between us only.
