Changes to the One Key terms on Hotels.com

Thanks for being a member of One Key™. All the One Key benefits you enjoy as an Expedia® traveller will remain unchanged.

We’re making some updates to how rewards work on Hotels.com® in the UK.¹ Between 8 April 2026 and 8 May 2026, your One Key loyalty programme with Hotels.com will transition to Hotels.com® Rewards.

With Hotels.com Rewards, you will be able to stay 10 eligible nights and unlock £100 in Hotels.comCash™.⁵ Your average night value in each booking must be £75 or more (including taxes and fees). Any nights where Hotels.comCash was redeemed will not count towards your 10 nights required to unlock £100 in Hotels.comCash. Any nights in pending status (completed stays before you have the 10 nights required to unlock your reward) expire after 12 months of inactivity. Car hire is not eligible for reward earn or redemption and you’ll no longer be able to use rewards on insurance on Hotels.com. The bonus earn on VIP Access properties will no longer apply, but VIP Access perks for Silver tier and above will still be available. If you’d prefer not to accept this update on Hotels.com, you have options.
