Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The caller stated two subjects stole multiple items from the business. Allison Avendano-Espinal, 21 of Alexandria and Josue Bojorge-Miranda, 22 of Alexandria were both issued a Virginia Uniform Summons for Petit Larceny. (2026-2566)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The caller stated that a female subject stole multiple items from the business. The suspect was located by officers nearby and detained. Melanie Romero-Guachi, 30 of Lorton was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where they were charged with Petit Larceny, Concealment of Merchandise, and Providing False ID to Law Enforcement. Romero-Guachi was held on a $1,000 bond. (2026-2582)


DUI Arrest

Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation and stopped the vehicle. Investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Alexander Dunn, 28 of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where they were charged with Driving Under the Influence, and held on a $1,500 bond. (2026-2589)

Weapons Violation

Officers on routine patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. A search of the vehicle revealed the driver to unlawfully be in possession of a concealed weapon. Mussie Abate, 25 of Fairfax was issued a Virginia Uniform Summons for Carrying a Concealed Weapon. (2026-2681)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The caller stated that two male subjects were attempting to steal items from the business. One subject returned the items immediately, and the business declined to prosecute them. A second subject did not return the items and was detained nearby. Kevin Zepeda Chavez, 20 of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they were charged with Petit Larceny and Providing False ID to Law Enforcement, and held on a $2,000 bond.
