Divorce is one of the most challenging life experiences many people unfortunately go through. So this week national health reporter Ruby Kraner-Tucci put together
this raw, real and in-depth feature by speaking to five Australians about what ended their marriages and how they rebuilt.
Each divorcee was at a different age and stage of life when their relationship ended. But Ruby found that although divorce looks different at 25 compared to 65, the sting can be just as sharp.
From cheating to falling out of love, each person’s story speaks to a shared experience of loss, resilience and lessons learnt.
You can read her special report here
. We’ll continue to cover divorce - including how to date and ease back into sex with new people - over the coming weeks.

Meanwhile we’ve focused on caffeine for part three of our Breaking Bad habits series.
It’s the one I struggle with! Although coffee has numerous health benefits, sometimes we can overdo it. Multimedia reporter Grace Baldwin was kind enough to go without her daily soy latte despite having to start work at 6am throughout the experiment. News analytics expert Jonty Burton also bravely gave up his daily ritual of an energy drink (something he'd been doing for 16 years!). You
can see their very entertaining videos and written diaries of how they fared over 10 days here.
You may have noticed that pasta isn’t just pasta anymore in the supermarket. From chickpea to spelt and even high protein, which of these seemingly endless varieties (that are often more expensive) are actually better for our health? You
can read this handy guide on all things pasta here.
Lastly, men's health is extremely important and needs to be spoken about more. That's why deputy national health editor Tamara McDonald has done
this really useful piece on an issue that affects half of all blokes older than 50 - enlarged prostates. If you struggle with the problem and go to the toilet a lot throughout the night
then you should read her article.
Have a great week.
