The benefits of cutting back on alcohol are pretty clear. You’ll sleep better, your gut health will improve and you’ll feel less anxious … and that’s after just one month.

Meanwhile deputy national health editor Tamara McDonald has done an investigation into how alarmingly easy it is to get penis injections via telehealth. This is despite them being a last resort for erection problems and causing serious damage if used without proper medical guidance.  And muesli bars are a lunchbox staple, but can we make a simple switch to a healthier kind? Taylor Penny has spoken to the experts about which ones are best and worst as part of our Shopping Swaps series, which is out every Monday.

 Have a great week.
