The rest of the way was a back and forth contest that ultimately saw the Atoms hit some big baskets down the stretch to get the win. The final game of season was a short trip to TJ Thursday evening. The contest was tight from the opening tip and saw both teams play great defense throughout. The Atoms would prevail in the end to complete their season and secure the five seed in the district tournament that starts Monday. The boys will travel to Mt. Vernon for a 6:00pm start.
Girls Basketball held their final two games of the season at home vs Mt. Vernon and TJ. The Atoms on Tuesday welcomed Mt. Atoms Boosters Concession Stand Help
Attention Parents! Volunteers are needed to sell concessions at games throughout the year. We welcome any and all parents to volunteer but when parents of a particular sport work a game, a portion of concessions sales directly benefit that team. If you are not able to help directly at home games, there are many ways you can get involved with the Atoms Athletics Boosters by attending our monthly meetings or being a team liaison. Thank you for your support for Atom’s Athletics!
For questions about concession stand sign ups, contact Lissette Puna.
