Construction Update: 15th Street S. / S Clark-Bell Street Realignment

In December 2025, a segment of S. Clark St was closed to southbound traffic to allow the 15th Street S. / S. Clark-Bell Street project team to deliver work in that area. This phase was due to last until early March.

This closure will now extend into Summer 2026 due to utility conflicts encountered. This timeline is contingent on no further conflicts or delays due to weather.
