There's one trait people with great bodies have in common, A.

It's not what you'd expect, either.

To help you understand... A couple weeks ago our dishwasher exploded. It died a violent, expensive, stinky, and watery death.

Did I mention this was the same week our hot water tank called it quits?

As I was washing dishes by hand using water from the kettle, I thought...

This would've been really. fucking. bad. a couple years ago.

Because my fiancee and I only recently got our financial poop in a hoop. Those 'unexpected emergencies' like the dishwasher and water heater? Would've thrown us into a fit. Stressing.

The funny thing is - now I realize that NONE of that is really unexpected.

Shit happens. Now we set aside money for it.

I see the same thing happen with a lot of folks I work with...

Like Jon, who's down over 35 pounds of fat this year.

"work got busy so I had to get fast food"

Has now become:

"it was one of those days, but I had some fruit and a couple protein shakes handy"

Plan ahead.

You only get into a pinch with those sudden unexpected surprises when you don't learn from the first 17 times it happens that it's GOING to happen again.
