Canada’s Courtney Sarault, 24, won a bronze medal in the women’s 500m event on Thursday night at the Milano Ice Skating Arena.

 

This is Sarault’s second medal of these Games, after winning silver in the mixed team relay. Thus far, she is Canada’s standout performer in Italy to this point.

 

The bronze brings Canada’s total medal total to 7.
