Happy Friday!

While winter may not be my favorite season, it is good for one thing: warm and cozy meals. There's nothing, and I mean nothing, better than a thick stew after a hard day. There's also nothing better than checking off a bucket list destination.

Now that I'm full of pastas, pies, and positively delicious dishes, the quiz gave me this winter wonderland to visit: Cape Town.

When I think of winter, I don't think of South Africa, but I guess I could always go in the winter, which for them is June-September.

Never thought I'd need a coat for those months, but I guess there's a first time for everything.
