Hello, asease!

How to set up your bind
Step 1: Whitelist the IP of Testelium and create an account for Testelium on your platform. For this include IP (65.108.69.135) to the whitelist of your Firewall, the sending port is dynamic.
Step 2: To start testing, we need to establish a bind between our platforms, click the “Binds” submenu. Now click the “Add New Bind” button to create a new bind.
Step 3: Type the login from the previously created account for Testelium on your platform into the System ID. Remember, that password should match the password of that account. Now enter your platform’s IP or Domain and the Port.
Step 4: Note that System Type should be used to set the bind as manual or automatic. If the field is left blank, it will mean manual mode, which allows you to work only with one vendor at a time. Automatic mode will allow you to send tests to multiple vendors simultaneously - to set up the bind as automatic, type any value into the System Type field.
Step 5: Click “Add New Bind” to save the bind.
Step 6: To check if the bind is set up properly, turn it by clicking the gray icon. It should turn to blue, meaning that the bind is active.
Step 7: To check the connectivity, click the arrow button. If it becomes red, you need to check the bind settings once again. If it shows a green checkmark, your bind is up and running.
We finished setting up the bind, now our platforms are successfully connected. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our manager.
