Hey dupa

Want to sound more confident in under 4 minutes?

Here’s a quick trick you can try today.

Step 1:

Take out your phone and tell a one-minute story about something that happened recently.

It doesn’t have to be interesting, just something you can talk about.

Make sure to include some dialogue - maybe a conversation you had with someone.

Step 2:

Listen back to your story and pay attention to the crutch words you use most often.

(Things like “like,” “so,” “you know,” etc.)

These little filler words sneak into our speech and can make us sound less confident.

Step 3:

After listening, pick the crutch word you use the most and set a goal to replace it with silence for the rest of the day.

Every time you catch yourself saying it, pause instead.

Trust me, this is going to instantly make you sound more powerful and confident.

It’s a simple trick, but it works.

Talk soon,
Charlie
