"I'm the bottleneck"

I keep hearing variations of that sentence from people inside the AI Growth Lab.

Everything runs through them by default.

✅ Content doesn’t go out unless they’re involved.
✅ Clients get stuck unless they step in.
✅ Decisions pile up because no one else has the context.
✅ Good ideas sit half-finished because there’s never time to turn them into systems.

So the business looks “busy”… but not particularly scalable.

What’s interesting is that most of them already have help.

VAs. Contractors. Tools. Software they’re paying for every month.

And still… things stall unless THEY personally push them over the line.

So I help them to start thinking less about “How do I work faster?”

And more...

“What decisions am I making over and over that shouldn’t need me anymore?”

“What knowledge is trapped in my head that my business depends on?”

“What work am I holding onto because I don’t trust it’ll be done properly without me?”

The answers to those questions is where we start, and then we look at how AI can help, as a way to offload thinking, create consistency, and remove the constant need for personal intervention.

Once those pieces are in place, content keeps being published, even when they’re busy with clients.

Support doesn’t grind to a halt when they’re offline, and their team stops waiting for approval on every small thing.

They’re no longer the bottleneck. Yay!
