Area Plan Volumes Migrating to Encode
The Area Plan volumes of the Comprehensive Plan are migrating to Encode! Encode is the web-based platform that currently hosts the Policy Plan volume of the Comprehensive Plan. On January 8, 2026, the Area Plan volumes will be available on Encode, bringing the entire Comprehensive Plan together in one convenient location. The Area Plan volumes offer detailed recommendations for specific parts of the county, and this move will make them easier to access and navigate.
Starting January 8th, be sure to update your bookmarks to the new Area Plan volumes’ location on Encode!
