Fairfax Forward: Highlighting Achievements, Success and Innovation
On Dec. 16, our Fire and Rescue Department hosted its annual Toy Distribution at Fire Station 11, Penn Daw. Firefighters, fire and rescue personnel, and volunteers distributed more than 3,000 toys to 50 schools and shelters located throughout the county. About 200 preschoolers picked out toys, visited with Santa and pet dogs from Caring Angels Therapy Dogs.
