Yeah I'm probably getting cancelled for this one
But you need to hear this, so who cares.
You would be a better person if you lost the weight.
Not because fat people are bad.
But the fact is you have to work on yourself to drop the fat.
Fitness is just personal development in disguise:
-
weight loss plateaus teach you patience
-
building muscle teaches you to be consistent
-
finding time to eat healthy and work out teaches you to prioritize yourself
It makes you organized. Forces you to take action. To cut the bullshit out of your life.
Whether it's drinking, doom scrolling, overeating, or staying up late.
That version of you who comes out the other side has something you don't right now.
And it will be 100x more meaningful to you than any number on the scale ever could be.
Work toward it for just one day, and you'll feel a bit of it when you head hits the pillow.
Quit overcomplicating it.
Go for a walk
Eat some fruit and veg
Get a solid workout in today
You'll see what I mean.

PS: I just started uploading some podcast episodes to Spotify, with more on the way.
Start with this one if you want to cut your body fat in half (go from 30% to 15% body fat)
It's all timestamped out so you can listen on your commute or during a walk.
