Do not enshrine the right to abortion into law in the planned Quebec constitution, critics told the Quebec government Wednesday.
The province’s lawyers’ association warned that if the right to abortion is written into law, anti-abortion groups could challenge it in court, threatening a state that already "adequately protects the right of women to choose."
