PTSO Fill the Bag Drive
Fill The Bag-Donations Due December 15th
Thank you to everyone who contributed so generously to our grocery card drive. Before Thanksgiving, we were able to distribute $2,000 in grocery gift cards to Woodson families, prioritizing those most affected by the delay in SNAP assistance.
We will continue distributing the remaining funds before Winter Break.
Because the need has grown, we are extending the drive through December 15. Additional funds will be used to fill grocery bags with staple items that our families rely on.
There are two ways you can donate:
Option 1: Donate via PayPal here. Add Fill the Bag Drive in the notes when completing the order.
Option 2: If you would like to shop for pantry staples, please send us a message or email at woodsonhsptso@gmail.com and we’ll connect you with our community outreach team on the best items to shop for and how to drop them off.
Our community has already shown incredible generosity, thank you to all who have given. If you’d still like to participate, please donate at the link below and help spread the word.

Woodson Band Tunes for Tots Concert
Holiday Tunes for Tots, Thursday December 4th, 2025 at 10am
Celebrate the season with us at the Woodson Band’s Tunes for Tots Holiday Concert on Thursday, December 4th at 10 a.m. in the Woodson High School gym. This festive event is fun for all ages, featuring holiday music, cheerful characters, and plenty of seasonal spirit. Santa might even make a special appearance.
Come enjoy a magical morning that brings our community together in support of Woodson’s talented band students. Tickets are $5 and all proceeds benefit the band students. Walk-ins welcome!

Mark your calendars for another Woodson Drama performance: Students will perform Piece of my Heart on Dec 5 at 7 PM (overstudy performance) and December 6 (understudy performance) at 1 PM.
