If you don't have the body you want, it’s not because you’re not disciplined.
It’s because you don’t know how to quit your calorie deficit.
When I first lost fat, I hated how scrawny I looked.
So, I 'bulked' and gained 40 pounds. Probably 1 pound of that was muscle. Back to square 1.
You aren't dumb enough to do what I did, but you're still making the same mistake.
You gain fat and weight.
You have an event upcoming, so you lose fat.
You repeat the cycle next year, except you're older.
All you know how to do is be in a calorie deficit, and be way too loose.
So you enjoy fitness a lot less. You'll always be skinny fat. Never building the habits you need to maintain your bodyweight long term.
And you never get as lean as you could because you're always taking 2 steps back.
I went more in detail in today's video - 5 Things I Wish I Knew Before I Quit Calorie Deficits
But I want you to remember this:
Awesome body transformations that last require you to learn how to quit dieting.
You need to eat more food for an extended period of time.
Maintain your weight.
You'll finally build muscle.
You'll have a lot more fun along the way too.
Until you do that, every pound you lose will keep coming right back.
