Since starting her company TeaTime, she and producing partner Ro Donnelly have released a string of indie hits—and they’re hoping to go bigger and braver in the next few years: “I don’t even know how to explain it without throwing anybody under the bus.”
The 23-year-old is best known for playing high schoolers onstage (John Proctor Is the Villain) and onscreen (Stranger Things), but her own school experience was anything but conventional.
