Italy remains a classic travel destination for good reason: stunning scenery, world-class art and some of the best food on the planet. But sometimes we travel simply to reconnect and catch our breath. That was the case for our writer who set off for Sicily’s Cefalu looking for a much-needed reset after years of intense grief.
