A pre-proposal conference will be held virtually (MS Teams) on December 8, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. to review the Request for Proposals and answer questions. Offerors may submit any questions pertaining to the RFP, in writing, prior to the pre-proposal conference to Vincenza.Githens@fairfaxcounty.gov. While attendance at this conference is not a pre-requisite to submitting a proposal, offerors who intend to submit a proposal are encouraged to attend. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation.
