Officers responded for the report of a trespassing. The reporting party stated that an unknown female on a CUE bus was acting disorderly and was refusing to get off of the bus. Officers made contact with the subject and the subject continued to refuse to leave the bus. Marya Federigan, 54, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with Trespassing. Officers responded for the report of a disorderly subject. The reporting party stated that an unknown male was acting disorderly and refused to leave the business. Officers located the subject nearby and the subject continued to refuse to leave the business. The investigation revealed that the suspect was under the influence of alcohol. Officers attempted to take the suspect into custody but the suspect resisted. The officers quickly gained control of the suspect. Birane Sene, 31, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Trespassing, Obstruction of Justice, and Drunk in Public. Warrant Service Arrest

November 22, 2025 • 4:11 p.m.

Officers responded for the report of an assault. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered their business, began acting disorderly, and threw an object at them. The victim did not sustain any injuries. Officers located the subject nearby. The investigation revealed that the suspect had an active warrant out of Fairfax County. Officers attempted to take the suspect into custody but the suspect attempted to flee. Officers quickly gained control of the suspect and took him into custody. Fabian Mungal, 31, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was served his warrant for Failure to Appear from Fairfax County. Mungal was also charged with Obstruction of Justice. The victim of the assault declined to prosecute. Mungal was held on a secure bond. (2025-17639)
