Our NPR App users told us what they wanted: an easier way to get to the news they rely on. So we redesigned the top of the home screen to make the experience even smoother.
First, when you open the NPR App, you’ll still see a play button right at the top. This starts a curated audio mix of national and local news made just for you. But now, just below that main play button, we've added a new menu with some of our most popular news shows + your local station's broadcast. We’ve also doubled the number of top news stories on the homepage so you can get the full picture of today's news at a glance.
