Cutting carbs to burn fat is dumb.

Sure, you drop a bunch of water weight in the first week.

But after that the scale stalls.

Because you need to be in a calorie deficit in order to keep losing body fat.

Except now you have a couple problems.

1// you feel drained and low energy because you're low on carbs

2// there's a ticking time bomb before you fall off the wagon because it sucks

Best of luck sticking with that long enough for you to lose a meaningful amount of fat.

I get it - it worked for your Aunt Margaret's friend, Mildred

But for every Mildred there's 172,952 people who goofed it.

Oh, and what do you do when you reach your goal weight? Add carbs back in?

I think you know what happens next.

When you do it my way (prioritizing calories) - you get to drink beer, eat pasta, fruit, and bread.

Which means you can actually stick with it for more than a couple weeks.

The scale moves a bit slower, but it actually keeps moving every week after the first week.

Workouts feel productive, sleep is deeper, and you have lasting energy through the day.

All of a sudden, it's been 6 weeks and your pants are loose around the waist.

Your partner comments that you've been looking hella fit.

And there's nothing stopping you from pushing further.

But hey - what do I know?

I've helped over 1000 people do this fat loss thing over the last 8 years.

And I want you to be the next transformation in our 1:1 coaching program

Forever carbing,

Matteo
