It's Samuel, and it has come to my attention that a number of inquiries have slipped through the cracks this year. This issue seems to be isolated specifically to our website contact forms and does not affect inquiries received through Discord, social media, or direct email.

Let me personally apologize, I always strive to provide great customer service, and I want to assure everyone that no one was intentionally ignored. And while we don’t currently have dedicated staff for inquiries, I still feel strongly about making sure everyone receives a response.
To this end, we will be implementing some improvements to make reaching us more reliable and faster. I’ve also put together a quick FAQ below that should address most common inquiries. Please read through the topics, and if you still need help, you’ll find more details at the end on how to reach us.

Q. I Replied To A Newsletter But didn't Get A Reply
|

A: Replies to newsletters and automated emails are not monitored. We will set up a no-reply automatic response to make this more clear.

Q. My Pattern Download Link Expired
|
|
A: Your download permission never expires, but individual email links can change or expire. To re-download anytime:
Log in → Profile → My Downloads
There also used to be a 'quick start guide' included in order summaries with links and resources that got accidentally removed with previous website updates and I'll instruct our Dev to add some of those details back so people can easily grab links to their account areas and get started resources.

A: Please see our FAQ, our getting started guide, and many of our beginner and intermediate tutorials. We will be adding these links back to our initial order summary emails to help new students get started. And we will be improving our onboarding email flows soon as well. Q. How Do I Manage/Cancel Guild Subscription?
|
|
A: For anyone who forgot they signed up for the guild subscription or are confused about where to cancel. Members are free to cancel any time and it is easy to do.
Just Log In → Click your Profile to open the menu → Click "Dashboard" → Then click "Subscriptions" where you can manage or cancel your account.
We will add a new link for "Subscriptions" directly to your profile menu, making it even easier to find your subscriptions.

For yearly memberships, we will add a reminder email that triggers a few weeks before renewal to remind you when your next billing cycle is approaching.
Please note, though, it's still up to you to cancel before billing renews, and we don't offer exceptions to issue refunds after the fact. However, if you do not feel the membership is providing sufficient value, let us know and we may be able to discuss a solution on a case-by-case basis, but this also brings me to my next point which is: I think many of you are not aware of and taking advantage of some or most of your membership benefits.

Q. Where Can I Get Membership Benefits?
|
|
A: I'm seeing that a large percentage of our members are not taking advantage of your memberships. Our guild is technically in a soft launch which means many things are still in development, but there are already a lot of great features to enjoy.
For example:
Free Gems + Discounts - If you are on our Knight or Noble tier you are automatically getting gems for store credit worth more than your monthly subscription that you can spend any time, and that's on top of the additional member discounts. Check your user dashboard in your profile to see your gem balance)

Private Discord Access - You also are entitled to access our private discord group where I can share updates and get your feedback and suggestions. I see that only a small fraction of you have connected to our discord server, you're probably missing out on first looks at ongoing projects and exclusive content! Not to mention more direct access to us in the community chat. Check the guild page where you initially signed up to see the button to connect to discord.

There have been a number of inquiries about upcoming content and pre-orders:
- Pouches and accessories (patterns & videos), coming starting early next year. - Elven series - basically done, just wrapping up a few remaining tutorial videos - Berserker - basically done, just need to make a cape and sword for final photo shoot - Dragon/Hydra (new advanced series) - in progress now! - Scout (new beginner series) - in progress now! - Kits - still coming, more details will be announced when we're ready to formally launch.

I've noticed a number of requests asking to swap giveaway prizes or runner up discounts. We can’t change posted prizes or terms after a contest begins both for resource limitations and legal reasons. Thanks for understanding—it keeps things fair and manageable for everyone. If you don’t win, keep an eye out: we often include runner-up discounts or secondary prizes. But if you don't win, please don't claim its a scam, we've routinely given away tens of thousands of dollars worth of patterns and prizes to help new students get into the craft.

While I can't consistently offer free coaching, I've spent years building a lot of great starter content and a lot of one-on-one questions are already covered in the free Warrior and Fantasy build videos and the Getting Started guide. Those videos pack in loads of instructions and talk about techniques, tools, and alternate crafting options.

Even if I cannot personally address every crafting help inquiry, if you still have questions or want some advice or feedback or almost anything else, please consider asking in our Discord server, where there are thousands of students, many of whom are able and willing to help and provide advice and feedback. And any time there's a question the community can't answer, you can always ping us to get additional clarification.
