Email scams, also known as 'phishing' scams, have become an increasingly common tactic used by fraudsters.
The email usually appears to be from a well-known brand or retailer. But the link in the message will send you to a spoofed website where you'll be asked to enter your personal information. If you do this, you'll be handing your details to the scammer.
