							DAY ONE
							9:00 am–12:00 pm

							Meeting Power Imbalances
							Audrey Lee
In this session, participants will explore the complex realities of power imbalance, which can manifest in different ways in mediation. These imbalances can impact not only mediation outcomes but also how parties participate in mediation or if they choose to participate at all.

							Impasse Breaking Techniques
							David Hoffman
Participants will explore how to prevent impasse before it arises through thoughtful pre-mediation planning, negotiation coaching, and attention to emotional dynamics.
Explore process interventions, psychological strategies, and negotiation tools that can help you prevent or overcome deadlocks.

							DAY TWO
							9:00 am–12:30 pm and 1:30 pm–5:00 pm

							Personalized Performance Feedback
							David Seibel
Receive personalized feedback from PON faculty and your accomplished peers through immersive simulations designed to refine your mediation style and offer actionable improvements.

							DAY THREE
							9:00 am–12:30 pm and 1:30 pm–5:00 pm

Strategic Process Design for Complex Mediation
							Susan Podziba
No two disputes are alike, and the processes that guide them shouldn’t be either. Process design is the strategic infrastructure that enables large, diverse groups to resolve complex conflict. This session looks at how mediations can be structured for clarity and effectiveness when multiple parties, issues, and interests are at stake.

							DAY FOUR
							9:00 am–12:30 pm and 1:30 pm–3:00 pm

							Mediating Across Cultures
							Alain Lempereur
Culture shapes how people view conflict, power, and resolution. In this module, you’ll learn how to recognize these cultural influences—and adapt your mediation approach accordingly.
