Emily: Welcome Dr. Jannine! To kick things off, could you tell us, in your own words, what "cellular level" really means, and why is it such a powerful and important place to focus our healing efforts?
Dr. Janine: Thank you, Emily! It's a pleasure to be here. When I talk about healing at the cellular level, I'm really talking about getting to the very root, the foundation, of where our emotional pain and issues truly begin. So often, we get caught in a cycle of just treating symptoms, like putting a Band-Aid on something that needs deeper attention. By going to the cellular level, we're not just addressing the surface; we're listening to what your body is trying to tell you.
What if those symptoms are actually your body's way of communicating, guiding you to make adjustments so you can live a life more aligned with your soul's calling? Our bodies are made of cells, and cells are pure energy. When we start to see ourselves as energetic beings, we can begin to understand that our thoughts and beliefs are powerful forces that can either create pain or pave the way for profound healing. This approach allows for a true resolution of issues, helping you release long-held, trauma-driven pain and beliefs, and ultimately, step into a life of joy and happiness.
Emily: For someone considering joining, what are the main benefits they can expect to experience, and how will this work help them truly realize their full potential?
Dr. Janine: That’s what this work is all about — empowering you to create lasting transformation! When you dive into this course, you’re not just learning about healing; you're actually rewiring your entire system for wellness. I’ll be giving you the four essential keys to healing at the deepest, most foundational level so you can finally release that long-held, trauma-driven pain that's been keeping you stuck. The payoff is huge: you’ll experience a new sense of freedom and joy as that emotional weight is lifted, and you’ll learn to use your emotions not as a sign of something wrong, but as your most reliable inner navigation system.
I approach this holistically, addressing your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies to ensure your well-being is truly restored. Ultimately, this course helps you get to the root cause of your symptoms so you can stop the cycle of suffering. You’ll leave with the confidence to trust your intuition deeply and make conscious choices that bring genuine vitality and happiness into every aspect of your life. This is your chance to stop letting the past dictate your future!
Emily: That’s truly inspiring to hear — to rewire our system to wellness! Could you talk about one of your tools, for example you teach a technique called the “inner dialogue”. Why is mastering this dialogue so essential to achieving cellular healing?
Dr. Janine: Inner dialogue is important because it reveals the stagnant energy in our cells. Imagine someone who has experienced a traumatic event. Understandably, their world no longer feels safe, so they're constantly on edge, looking for danger. This constant vigilance prevents them from truly relaxing, and over time, they might develop chronic physical issues. Why? Because the event shifted their worldview, leading to a belief that the world is unsafe.
Beliefs are simply thoughts that are repeated, and our daily thoughts stem from these core beliefs. If we're constantly running anxious thoughts — and we have over 60,000 thoughts a day — this will activate our nervous system into a continuous stress response. This inner dialogue keeps our nervous system stressed 24/7, creating strain on the body. When the body is in a stressed state, it struggles to heal and begins to break down. This is why our inner dialogue is a huge component of healing at a cellular or root level; it's about shifting those deep-seated thought patterns to allow true healing to begin.
Emily: Your work comes from such an authentic and embodied place. Could you share a bit about your own personal healing journey?
Dr. Janine: Absolutely. My journey into holistic healing was born out of my own struggles in my mid-20s with panic attacks, depression, and an eating disorder. Traditional therapy gave me huge relief and valuable awareness — it helped me set boundaries and allow my pain to surface. That relief is what inspired me to become a psychologist.
But after I graduated, I felt something was still missing. I stumbled into energy-informed modalities, and that’s when it all clicked! I realized that unexpressed and suppressed emotions — which I call “e-motions” or “energy in motion” — were often the root cause of physical ailments. My body would literally express emotional pain as physical pain, because I believed it was more acceptable to have a physical problem than to allow myself, the "expert," to feel emotional distress. My breakthrough was realizing: I am having this human experience, too.
This work isn't just theory for me; it’s lived experience. It's what allows me to speak and teach this process from a truly embodied level, giving people the confidence to connect with their energy and facilitate their own lasting change.
