Top Tips & Tricks
Bun basics. Save around 100 carb-y calories by ditching the top half of your bun. Or skip the bread altogether, and get your sandwich wrapped in lettuce.
Sauce switch. Cut out another hundred or so calories by requesting no mayo or other creamy sauce. Ketchup and mustard are A-OK.
