This week exams kicked off in New South Wales, with other states not far behind. It’s a big time of year for the year 12s who are frantically lurching from one major milestone to the next. 

The last week of school is always emotional as students realise this is really the end after 13 long years. Then it’s time for the frivolity of muck-up day, and before they know it, swot vac kicks off, followed by the first exam.

The year 12s may not realise it yet but before they know it, it will be all over. They’ll be graduating, celebrating at schoolies and nervously waiting for uni offers – or chasing a job. What a time to be alive.
