When it comes to wearables, most people fall into two camps: Apple Watch users and … everyone else. The Whoop MG, a screenless fitness tracker with deep health data, definitely belongs to the second camp.
Curious where it fits in, I wore the Apple Watch Series 10 and Whoop MG side by side for a month. I tested sleep tracking, workout accuracy, health metrics and, of course, daily wearability. The result? They’re designed for two very different types of people, and I had a clear favorite by the end.
